Don't use camstudio to "screen capture" dvds. That's just retarded.

VLC nightly builds here:


but not guaranteed to work lol. The most recent I got working was "vlc-0.9.0-svn-20070906-0000-win32.exe"

copeland3300 @cenaaa4ever if you delete the program, as you're probably trying to do, then, yes, the program it might be tied to will no longer function. Since you're trying to delete it, you don't have to worry about it.

NoRosesForMe okay i got CamStudio. But...like ALL the screen recorders i try to use- i CANT use them in Movie Maker and I cant see the playback in Media Player.....even tho CamStudio had a media player. If this has somethin to do with codecs- i have no idea how to correct the problem. I cant find a screen recorder that works! I need one. CamStudio is nice but...whats up with my puter?? TheOneEd83 I am trying to record games of sc to broadcast on mogulus. I cant seem to find out how to use taksi properly and camstudio does not work at all (All my movies become very dark). Could you help me out, please? Thanks for the video, always great to see your stuff.

sugarpuddin88 Part of the problem might be that in order to create a video that plays back at 30 frames per second, it needs to capture a frame every 33 1/3 milliseconds. The closest value it will accept is 33, so each successive frame is captured 1/3 milliseconds too soon, and the video will gradually go out of sync. The only values that work are ones that are evenly divisible, so you can use 200 fps, 100 fps, 50 fps, 25 fps, etc...

The closest value it will accept is 33, so each successive frame is captured 1/3 milliseconds too soon, and the video will gradually go out of sync. The only values that work are ones that are evenly divisible, so you can use 200 fps, 100 fps, 50 fps, 25 fps, etc...

The closest value it will accept is 33, so each successive frame is captured 1/3 milliseconds too soon, and the video will gradually go out of sync. The only values that work are ones that are evenly divisible, so you can use 200 fps, 100 fps, 50 fps, 25 fps, etc...

NoRosesForMe okay i got CamStudio. But...like ALL the screen recorders i try to use- i CANT use them in Movie Maker and I cant see the playback in Media Player.....even tho CamStudio had a media player. If this has somethin to do with codecs- i have no idea how to correct the problem. I cant find a screen recorder that works! I need one. CamStudio is nice but...whats up with my puter?? sugarpuddin88 Part of the problem might be that in order to create a video that plays back at 30 frames per second, it needs to capture a frame every 33 1/3 milliseconds. The closest value it will accept is 33, so each successive frame is captured 1/3 milliseconds too soon, and the video will gradually go out of sync. The only values that work are ones that are evenly divisible, so you can use 200 fps, 100 fps, 50 fps, 25 fps, etc...

copeland3300 @cenaaa4ever if you delete the program, as you're probably trying to do, then, yes, the program it might be tied to will no longer function. Since you're trying to delete it, you don't have to worry about it.
