Cryofax Just as long as you realize when you change the aspect ratio to fill your screen you're not seeing more of the movie, you're simply stretching the picture vertically to fill your screen, which means you're seeing a stretched image. If you like that then more power to you, but its not revealing anything that isn't already there.

zergling6000 my favorite aspect of VLC player is how fast it will transition between media/open up media. VLC opens music in 2 seconds max and video/multimedia in probably 5 seconds max. Windows media player took days practically...

XLYC yes ofcourse windows media payer cannot play most files like mov flv xvid dvd blueray etc but vlc can it can play andything you can throw at it its lightweight and very compatible!!!!

Cryofax Just as long as you realize when you change the aspect ratio to fill your screen you're not seeing more of the movie, you're simply stretching the picture vertically to fill your screen, which means you're seeing a stretched image. If you like that then more power to you, but its not revealing anything that isn't already there.
