cgbaseball23: Personally, I dont find this to be the "best" way to listen to all your favorite music, because you can't create playlists, put it on MP3 Players, etc., however, I do find it useful if a song pops into your head that you want to listen to right now, its very easy and simple to get ahold of it, and I have used this trick and do really like it. Dreadedkind: LimeWire is untrustworthy i got sent a trojan horse luckily i got norton that found it and blocked it off it is still risky even with norton so those without anitiviruses programs have a high chance on getting hit by viruses when downloading things from limewire

The computer reconaises the file as an audio file but media player says it isn't a registered format
jimmyrcom: you probably just saved an html page and you blame the technique rather than yourself for not knowing how to download the media. check its filesize it's probably like 5k instead of 3mb. Learn to use your browser =p

Here is the manual: 1. do everything till he says "only available in firefox",
2. copy the "google dot com /q=blabla"-link
3. go Tools > Preferences > Search > add.
4. In "address" paste the blabla-thing, and replace the thing where you searched for with "%s". And in keyword type "m". If you now typ in the addresbar "m What.I've.done" you should find this song.

Torrents beat emule for entire cds and albums. This method is just very fast for common popular songs.

jimmyrcom: for common songs fast this works great and is much faster than the p2p. For full albums, videos and rare or very old songs this is not reliable. Ares sucks limewire sucks. Torrents, Emule and frostwire are the way to go.
