but believe it or not, i find gnutella/bittorrent clients more reliable, because when i download torrents from mininova it actually shows comments, and when i use shareaza (its a bittorrent and gnutella client in one) it shows me comments on files, so i know if theyre trustworthy or not
jimmyrcom: this is mostly for common songs. Resuming doesn't matter because mp3s are fast to download. mp3s are read not parsed so they dont have viruses. My engine also has a torrent search so I don't know what you're talking about.

jimmyrcom: Quicktime =P. There used to be a plugin called crescendo and Yamaha XG plugin but I think they've been discontinued a long time ago. You can also just click file open instead of file save when prompted and use winamp or something =P

GVOLTT: I just realized what seems to be wrong. The albums/large files search doesn't seem to work in the Opera browser. I tried it in Firefox, and it works, but for some reason it gives me a blank screen when I try this in Opera. Opera is my preferred browser, but if I am forced to use it in Firefox, then so be it.

Normantime: I doubt that this is actually useful to someone tryin to dl for keeps, as all you are doing is getting the bloody link to the mp3 on the internet through his method, or listening to it on the net. You might as well right-click 'save link' on any music file u find online -.- it does reduce spam though, so i think it's legal. If you dun hav the net on, the saved link will not work.
and BTW most songs do not work on it, try searching them

I clicked on the link that you posted for your site, I typed in "No One Knows" (without the quotes, and i chose that to see if it would work). I use Firefox, by the way. The tab I was in remained the same, and a new tab was opened, and it was your website again, but with "No One Knows" in the textbar.

jimmyrcom: readyboost is just virtual memory on a usb/firewire drive. search increase virtual memory on google. The hard drive is slower but still firewire isn't an amazing improvement compared to ram itself. Ram is cheap anyhow.
jimmyrcom: bah actually it works more like prefetching. google "load xp into ram" for another cool trick if you have enough ram.
